Shipping Costs?

What are your delivery options?
UK deliveries will be dispatched within 3-5 days of completion of the order. All items are made to order, and can take up to 14 days to complete.
Your order should arrive within 48 hours of posting using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.
Unfortunately I do not guarantee delivery/arrival dates for my items because I can't be responsible should Royal Mail be delayed with delivery.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, I provide International postage using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed which can take up to 14 days delivery, or longer during busier times of the year. You are responsible for any delays and costs involved with taxes and customs.

What is your returns policy?
I gladly accept returns and exchanges, but don't accept cancellations for custom or personalised orders.
For Hygiene reasons I can not except returns of face masks unless they are faulty or unopened and in original packaging.
If you have any problems with your order, Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.
I take great pride and care in my handmade work so will try to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct postal address for delivery, as this will be used when posting your order.
